| Description | In praxis, there occure many unclearnesses during the writing of an official record of providing explanations and also the legal regulation relating to official records of providing explanations is very vague. The legal regulations do not provide us with relevant answers to problematic questions and issues like are e.g. an undersigning the official record of providing explanations, the right to the legal aid during the explanation process or consequences of providing false explanation. The aim of this article is to briefly conteplate above these problematic aspects of legal regulation. |
