| Description | Road traffic is very beneficial for modern society but at the same time it is a source of negative impact on a territory, where it is realized. It is a significant problemmainly for the municipalities, where there is a lot of traffic as well as a large number of persons who are exposed to this negative impacts. The article deals with the question,whether municipalities can reduce the negative impacts of traffic by their generally binding ordinances. |
