Description | The paper focuses on the results of standardization Questionnaire on Teacher Interaction for Czech primary school. The questionnaire will serve as a screening method for identifying interaction style primary school teachers. Description standardization preceded by a short summary of the theoretical and methodological premises. The paper also describes the conditions of administration of the questionnaire, methods of evaluation and interpretation of results. The output of the paper is the finding that this questionnaire may be an appropriate tool for the screening of relationships between teachers and pupils. The results can be the basis for working with any deficiencies in the area of teacher interpersonal behavior and thereby may contribute to improve communication and interaction between teachers and pupils. Similarly, the questionnaire can be used as part of a diagnostics of class climate and nature of the overall social environment of the school. |
