| Description | The paper is dedicated to equal treatment with persons with disabilities and prohibition of their discrimination in employment. It underlines particular features of disability as one of the prohibited grounds of discrimination and the most frequent forms of discrimination which the persons with disabilities meet in employment. The paper analyses regulation of prohibition of discrimination based on disability in international law, EU law and the Czech national law. |
