Description | The paper is dedicated to the scope of application of provisions adopted with the objective of protection against discrimination in legal relations arising from performance of dependant work. With this respect, the author deals with the scope of application of Antidicsrimination Act and the approach to protection against discrimination within the meaning of the Labour Code. The author analyses the relation of subordination and superiority in connection with particular forms of discrimination and persons who are entitled to means of protection against discrimination |
