| Description | Soon after taking control over the state the Communist started to create the tools that should help them to eliminace anyone they wanted. One of these tools was the Act number 321/1948 Coll., The law on the protection of The Democratic Peoples’ Republic. Dispite the law took effect only for quite a short time, almost 27.000 of people were sentenced due to that. The contribution is focused on some provisions of this law and on the way how the then Czechoslovak justice read this law. |
