Description | This paper focuses on the understanding of social justice as one of the great narratives that are created in the modern law. It will focus on the disenchantment that these concepts are applied to current social trends and try to point out the problems that are associated with them comes not from today, but from their modern roots. This paradoxically opens the door to a clearer understanding of the concepts of law and justice. The concept of justice itself is unclear and from its nature spring both the problems and the possible solutions for the legal understanding; in the context of the grand narrative. This paper attempts to apply the so called postmodern methodology to the concept of justice and its place in the legal thinking. |
