| Description | The subject of article is a reflection on determination of the amount of tuition fee for longer than regular term of study at Masaryk University for academic year 2013/2014. The author of the article analyses the relevant legislation firstly, and then detects if it corresponds with the way of application of the Masaryk University for the present academic year. That all happens as a result of new case law of the Supreme Administrative Court, which on one hand provoked the all complicated current situation, but on the other hand brought the new light in it. |
