| Description | The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of imagery on Petr Lébl's stagings. Two Lébl's stagings have been chosen for further analyses – staging of the authorical text Tauridus, which saw Lébl's amateur stage of artistic development, and Gogol's The Government Inspector which he staged ten years later at the Na Zábradlí theatre. |
