Description This theoretical essay is oriented for searching of protective and risk factors in education of students which grows from disadvantage living circumstances (e.g. vulnerable children, youth at risk). The aim of this survey essay is to define risk and protective factors of school resiliency. Firstly is defining term resiliency (good development despite of significant adversity). Second part of this essay firstly deals with risk and protective resiliency factors which are then specified in light of socio ecological approach (upon micro, mezzo, macro levels). The third part present concrete schools risk and protective factors of pupils and students which can their resiliency support or reduce (e.g. educator, education system settings, pupils and parents attitude towards education). Empirical results shows that education can children and teens from deprivated family environment substitute their own family and to be a safety living conditions. Very important are educators which can be guides of young people in very difficult life adversities. Conclusion deals with most important findings and advert to importance use of resiliency factors in student’s education.
