| Description | In his contribution the author reflects how we should underst and a concept of the state. These reflections are enacted in the framework of postmodern thought. Inspired by the organic theory of the state the author analyses to what extent is our concept of the state influenced by the previous concept of human and to what extent we should correct our concept of the state when our view on the function of human soul and body transforms. The author also asks the provocative question if the idea of state is not an illusion and if it is more useful to forsake it nowadays. I n the last part of his text the author examines in which way the metamorphosis of our view on state could influence some characteristics of human rights. |
