| Description | Since the transformation of public prosecution, the resulting model has been discussed, especially relations between levels of public prosecution and between the public prosecution system and other supreme state bodies. The supporter of each model can find the example abroad because the ways of public prosecution system in European countries are various. The text introduces possible changes of public prosecution system in Bohemia, Moravia and Silesia. The text is also concerned with the government bill of public prosecution of 2013, which supposed cancelling the dependance of public prosecution organization on judicial system. This government bill was not accepted. |
