| Description | After the brief introduction dedicated to the defining of the control of the decision-making processes in the public administration and its importance (including the contractual processes), the article provides critical examination of several aspects of the state and the nature of the control in question in the Czech Republic. In the conclusion of the article the necessary need to bring a new conception of the control of the processes in the public administration is stated - the control which would serve not just as a tool of grows of economic efficiency of the public administration, but which could in its consequences help to prevent or recover the very nature of the public administration, the nature nowadays attacked at the most sophisticated ways. |
