| Description | The presentation pointed the competition in application of Rome II Regulation and Hague Convention on the Law Applicable to Traffic Accidents on traffic accidents with international element in selected EU Member States. Also the rules solving the conflict of these two legal regulations were analysed. The differences in application were presented on practical cases. |
