Citation
Description The basis of law is the idea of justice. Justice presents the substantive measure of human action, human interaction and man's life. Post-modern societies are becoming less and less homogeneous and monolithic because of differentiation of social structure, progressing cultural and ideological diversity and postmodern view of the world. This is reflected in relativism and fragmentation of law and legal justice.
