Description This article deals with the composition of the Czechoslovak National Assembly in the period between the Munich Agreement and its dissolution in March 1939. The provision of Permanent Committee on the dissolution of the mandates of some members of the National Assembly (No. 253/1938 Coll. of Acts and Regulations) is analyzed in that article, then there are mentioned the decision of the Constitutional Court about that matter and the issue of dissolution of political parties in this period. The quantity of the members of the lower chamber of the National Assembly decreased from the number of 300 through 228 (because of the provision) to 195 (because of the dissolution of political parties) and in the case of the upper chamber the quantity decreased from the number 150 through 117 to 99. In the article the calculation of these numbers is explained. This contribution also copes with the matter of the quorum and it concludes that the constitutional acts of the autonomy of Slovakia and Ruthenia as well as enabling constitutional act were enacted by the constitutional majority.
