| Description | The chapter 12 deals with the problems of the operation of legal rules in comparison with the notion about the legal rules in the society. First we can find the personal legal rules operation, followed by the territorial and the subject definition of the legal rules operation. Always we can find the general, special and exceptional point of view in this work. The particular attention is paid to the temporal operation of legal rules, in fact the fundamental moments in the life of the legal norms and legal rules. Moreover the analysis of the retroactivity, the survival of the provisions of old law to the operation of new law and some ways of the effective legal rules operating are included. |
