| Description | The aim of the chapter to introduce the topic of learning tasks developing the problem-solving competence which in our opinion reflect adequately the requirements of the quality in education. The text is divided into 5 sub chapters.The first one gives the reasons for choosing the topic, the second sub chapter defines the problem learning tasks, problem-based learning and problem-solving competence. The third part summarizes former research in the field of study and its results relevant for the chapter. The fourth part gives information about the preliminary phase of the methodology used in the investigation. The chapter is summarized in the conclusion. |
