| Description | This contribution provides a brief overview and comparison of constitutional texts of the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia since 1963 with the Czechoslovak constitutional regulation of the constitutional justice. The further development in the Czech Republic and Serbia is also mentioned. |
