| Description | The article deals with the conditions of allowance of intervention into the integrity of the deceased via an autopsy and posthumous removal of organs and changes left on these institutes as a result of the Law No. 89/2012 Coll., the civil code which is effective since the beginning of 2014. Author firstly describes both of institutes separately and then deals with distinctions between the concepts raised at the beginning of the current year, also in the light of the preview to abroad. In the end he thinks about reasons which led to the current situation and the impact that entails. |
