| Description | The contribution will focus on the question of legal protection against the selected decisions in immigration Law which are not in legal force with special regard to the differences between general arrangements in the Administrative Procedure Code and special arrangements in the Act regarding Residence of Foreign Nationals in the Czech Republic. The differences will be considered with regard to their legitimacy and efficiency. |
