| Description | The aim of the presentation was to introduce the possible ways of cooperation between academia and customs authorities, especially within the EU member states. The general interpretation has been demonstrated on examples of such cooperation between Masaryk University and the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic. Within the substantive issues related to customs administration and proceedings were presented, among others, examples of PCA (post-clearance audit) and BTI (binding tariff information). |
