| Description | A considerable amount of literature has been published on social impact of arts. Meanwhile, there is a large volume of published studies describing the relationship of law and arts. The premise is that there is a cultivating influence of arts on law, the central question in this paper asks if such understanding of instrumental function of arts is admissible. This paper examines the significance of understanding of functions and impact of arts in the legal practice. The findings should make an important contribution to the field of legal argumentation by arts. |
