Description This study is dealing with legal regulation of the tenancy rights of apartments in the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia. At the beginning there is a brief excursion into the ideological concept of tenancy rights in the Third Reich, as the Protectorate law was influenced by Reich and worked as a model. The study shows how the private lease term is minimised and how it is replaced by the ever-escalating public regulation. It is monitored as the protection of tenants, mainly regards the regulation of the rent, as well as planned state economy housing.
