| Description | his paper discusses the relationship between the Creative Commons licences and collective management of copyright and rights related to copyright as well as the specific problems arising from the interaction of these two institutions (in particular the possibility of dual licensing, the extended collective licensing and the possibility of waiving of such licensing scheme). Also attention is paid to the impact of the Directive 2014/26/EU on the Czech Law that allows the represented authors to individually excercise their rights for non-commercial purposes. Finally, various European pilot projects dealing with coexistence of the Creative Creative Commons and collective management are presented. |
