| Description | I will identify, which types of competition law breaches can be established in relation to PSI. The main concern of my article will be the abuse of dominance by an undertaking holding a license to PSI. I will introduce the criteria, which must be met in order to establish a dominant position of the said undertaking. The possible types of abuse will be assessed in relation to the use of PSI. Finally, I will present measures to ensure that the licensed PSI are not providing grounds for suspicion of abuse of dominance. My article will be supported by the theoretical and legal background of LAPSI and abuse of dominance. My conclusions will be based on case law, mostly the national Chaps case. |
