| Description | Handbook of municipal law by Jan from Gelnhausen includes an extensive set of texts taken from the final two titles of the fiftieth book of Digest. Most of these provisions were supplemented by commentary and some of them were modified. This also concerns an article no. 1186, that by removing one letter gets a new meaning. The fact that this is not a typing error demonstrates an adjacent medieval comment. |
