| Description | The aim of the whole publication is to verify the hypothesis that the new Civil Code as the rule applicable either alone, instead of, or together with the CISG, Principles of UNIDROIT and PECL reflects the standard of regulation resulting from these documents and is foreseeable for international businessmen. This chapter deals with comparison of pre-contractual liability in New Civil Code with pre-contractual liability in CISG, Pricnciples of UNIDROIT and PECL. |
