| Description | The position of the President of The Austrian Federative Administrative Court as a monocratic body causes brings a tension between the executive and judiciary, especially in the issue of (un)boundlessness of the President of The Austrian Federative Administrative Court by instructions of the Federal Chancellor. The issue is analyzed from the perspective of Austrian theory and practice; Czech legislation in the field of (un)boundlessness of the President of The Supreme Administrative Court by instructions of Ministry of Justice within the state administration of justice is also taken into consideration. |
