| Description | Chapter in the book deals with the adoption in relation to the rights of the child, strengthening his or her right to know his or her origin and the parents and live with them. Subsidiarity of adoption is emphasized in relation to other institutions of substitute care, especially by close relatives. Special attention is focused on arranging adoptions (matching process), including international adoption, and on civil proceedings. Conclusion discusses the news that were brought by the new Civil Code. |
