| Description | The paper deals with the principle of restorative justice, his thoughts and expressions in Czech and international criminal law. Furthermore, it deals with the needs of persons participating in the criminal justice process and its influence on the formation of alternative sentences in the Czech legal order. Finally the author points out the difficulties which can happen when this principle will be used by the legislator just to broaden it into the system of alternative sanctions. The author tries to find some possible solutions to this problem. |
