Description | The article deals with the issue of the weaker party in the employment relationship. The main attention is focused on delimitation of this term, especially concerning the relationship between an employer and an employee in the view of the modern civil and labour law regulation. The specific question arises in the context of defining the legitimate grounds for dismissal given by the employer, mainly due to loss of confidence, respectively in the case of termination for „redundancy“. Other topic being discussed in this article concern the issue of set-off, decisive period, salary statement. |
