Description | The new school year dawns and summer becomes a distant memory. As I walk into the classroom to meet my new learners one thing becomes painfully clear. I need industrial strength face rejuvenation cream. How can it be that I am clearly getting older yet my learners seem to be getting younger? Suddenly I am filled with insecurity. What if my foolproof, much loved, tried and tested activities just will not cut it with a class full of ‘smart’ learners? Does this mean that I have to completely renew the repertoire of activities I have had up my sleeve for years? In this practical workshop we will explore the "old" activities and then look at how we can use modern technology to make them "new". Something old, something new, but hopefully something for everyone. |
