Description | The main aim of the project is to increase the competences, availability, quality and attractiveness of in-service training of teaching staff. Innovation, attractiveness and safety of the activities to be undertaken from the perspective of a healthy lifestyle and first aid is the main added value of attendance 8 and 7 e-learning courses. These courses are primarily targeted group of educators II. klimatu, multiannual gymnasiums and high schools.One of the eight formed the methodological materials project is material "for the prevention of injuries in ball games-the use of modern equipment".The aim of the methodological material is an extension of the theoretical and practical knowledge that can be used as a targeted set of exercises for the prevention of accidents in hours of sports games. Describes a number of specific exercises of sports games with the use of non-traditional tools to generate to stimulate selected dampeners are important to specific gaming activities and at the same time as the development of a broad spectrum of movement characteristics relevant for the optimal implementation of the movement.Using the balančních tool to drill specific movements, aimed at improving the balance with which the players work in the course of the game in different situations (personal duel, the effects after the jump, the rapid changes of direction, etc.) shall be enriched the variety of průpravných exercises in hours of sports games. Inclusion of this modern and fun way to drill game elements can be done to improve coordination, reinforcement of the muscle structures in the area of the ankles and knees, improve the functionality of the deep stabilization system and the prevention of injuries in sports games common. Student is able to cope with the unusual situations related to tilt the balance, is able to quickly engage the appropriate muscle groups and correctly perform the motion task and thus prevent potential injuries. |
