| Description | The aim of the article is to present the problems the researchers are facing when investigating terrorist acts of individuals. It presents the key concepts related to this type of terrorism and compares them. It also indicates some of the problems connected to the selection of the relevant cases for research in the concerning field. Finally, the article deals with the concrete case of shootings by major Nidal Malik Hasan at the military base Fort Hood in Texas in order to attempt to classify the case and demonstrate the problems related. |
