| Description | In his contribution the author researches changes which a state deals with in last several decades and tries to understand them in a postmodern paradigm. At the same time he asks questions as to what extent can we consider social rights as human rights and how could we work with this kind of concepts correctly in our discussion. Finally the author clarifies how a metamorphosis of state could influence our idea of social rights. |
