| Description | After historically and in ,,internationalist" way tuned words in the introduction, brief attention is paid to the content and the scope of the public-law contracts. A critical look at the valid Czech legislation of public-law contracts follows accompanied with glossing of the Czech public administration public-law contracts praxis. At the end of the paper unsatisfactory state of the public administration in the Czech Republic is mentioned, the state which clearly limits among other things also the public-law contract agenda. |
