It is focuses on the convergence and divergence of family law in the assedd countries with respect to different development in the countries examined, their traditions, culture, religion etc. Conclusion deals mainly with the interaction in international projects relevant for the Europeanisation of family law. Namely the International Society of Family Law, the Commission on European Family Law and Common Core of European Private Law should be mentioned. |
