| Description | The aim of the whole publication is to verify the hypothesis that the new Civil Code as the rule applicable either alone, instead of, or together with the CISG, UNIDROIT Principles and PECL reflects the standard of regulation resulting from these documents and is foreseeable for international businessmen.
