| Description | This teaching material is intended for the students of all study programmes who study the course Tourism and sports in nature. It serves as a multimedia teaching support preceding summer training courses. In the first chapter there is introduced triathlon as a sport and there are mentioned possibilities of organizing the race under the conditions of the camp. Then there is mentioned orientation in terrain and topography, including GPS. The third chapter focuses on orienteering. The fourth chapter focuses on cycling, its variety and the possibilities of trip organization. The fifth chapter provides students with the introduction to climbing. Students should learn about the basics of belaying and of movement in rocky terrain of lower levels of difficulty. The sixth chapter presents the options of terrain testing and explains the principles of load check using sport tester. |
