Description | The chapter describes teaching students with communication disorders in mainstream schools. Basic communication concepts and communication disorders are explained. This text introduces disorders, which are frequent among schoolchildren, and it presents some specific features in teaching these pupils and recommendations that educators can use when teaching pupils with this kind of disability in mainstream schools. The empirical part of the chapter presents a case study of a pupil with communication disorder integrated into mainstream school. |
