| Description | The aim of the paper is to provide a retrospective insight on protection of so-called peaceful condition as a specific category of defence of rights (related with roman quieta non movere) formerly present in § 5 of the Civil Code of 1964 and now abandoned from 1/1/2014 in the new Civil Code. Chosen aspects of the protection of peaceful condition are analysed, especially relation between peaceful condition as actual condition and legal condition. |
