| Description | This article deals with contemporary problems with use of the criminal offence of the terrorist attack in the Czech law. The author analyses the § 311 of the Criminal code and interconnected criminal offences. He describes the first case of convicting of the offender for this act in the Czech Republic. He deals with problems of evidence in relation to activity for the terrorist group. He outlines the possibilities of further use of the legal norms (including issue of the so called foreign fighters) and he proposes the recommendations for the future use. |
