Description Pathogenic microorganisms Borrelia burgdorferi sl, Francisella tularensis, Coxiella burnetii and Leptospira interrogans sl are agents of zoonotic diseases transmitted through vectors (eg. Ticks) or contaminated water, feces host animals, especially rodents. The aim of the research was to determine the amount of the prevalence of selected pathogens in nature, particularly Borrelia burgdorferi sl, which causes significant zoonotic diseases and frequent LB. Furthermore, they selected Coxiella burnetii, Francisella tularensis, and Leptospira interrogans sl Unlike LB disease Q fever, tularemia and leptospirosis sick yearly only a few individuals. Was detected potential zoonotic disease circulating pathogens Lyme borreliosis, Q-fever, tularemia and leptospirosis in nature, or at locations Poodri, Moravský kras and Mohelno. The life cycle of the pathogen binds to the vector - ticks, representing a potential risk of human infection vector - tick.
