| Description | The paper analyzes the influence of Yugoslavian constitutional legislation and constitutional practice on the constitutional system in the former Czechoslovakia.The author also makes genereal comments on changes in the working mechanics of the Constitutional Court after entry into the EU. The follow chapters dedicated to the oldest period since 14th century, to the situation between the world wars, to the influence of the Yugoslavian Constitution of 1963 on the situation in 1968 in the Czechoslovakia a to the influence of said constitution in 1991. |
