| Description | The paper deals profesnionalitě and professional competences kindergarten teacher. Curricular reform has brought with it a qualitatively different demands on the teaching profession at all levels, including in kindergarten. Increasingly, therefore discussion about the professionalism of the teaching profession. There have been several efforts to define the quality of the teaching profession. The paper is therefore devoted to the topic of professional competencies as a fundamental basis of the quality of preschool education. In this context it is also open to topics such as professional development and reflection and introspection. In conclusion, the author introduces the principles upcoming career system. |
