| Description | The paper deals with the issue of inconsistent terminology in the current legal framework of select health law institutes. First, the author briefly presents general requirements for the quality of legislation with an emphasis on the quality of legal language. The author then describes selected cases in which inconsistent legal medical terminology occurs. In the conclusion, the author considers the causes of the described situation and outlines possible solutions. |
