| Description | This contribution is focused on administration and organization of judiciary in the field of judicial review of decisions made by regional councils of cohesion regions in connection with (not) providing or withdrawal of EU Structural funds financial support. The author defines legal nature and status of regional councils, writes about kinds of administrative acts issued by regional councils, things about possibilities of judicial review of these acts and about organization of judiciary in this field as well as the application of procedure codes. |
