Description | According to using of the verbs that are derived forms the names of the animals (for example verbs opičit se, slepičit, syslit, křečkovat, papouškovat…) it can be said: a) That type of verbs expresses personal activity that is compared to the animals´ activity – activity that is supposed to be typical for the animal called by the fundamental word. b) The meaning of the verbs that are derived from animal´s names is almost pejorative with various intensity of expressivity. c) The frequency of these verbs sis almost low (except the verbs opičit se, papouškovat). The article presents according to the Czech National Corpus analysis: 1. How the verbs reflex the personal relationships to the animals and opinions of the character of animals. 2. Connection of the stylish character, expressivity and frequency and variability of meanings. 3. Reflection of everyday life in the meaning of the verbs. |
