Description | In the presentation we deal with the concept of tacit knowledge in the context of teacher training. We will present the results of a qualitative case study, whose objective was to discover how the tacit knowledge manifested in the metaphor of the student teacher. When getting the empirical material was used for a non-traditional method of conducting in-depth interview called "clean language". In conclusion, we will discuss the potential of this method for streamlining social interaction between the student and the teacher in teaching. |
